2016 – admitad Highlights
As one year ends and a new one begins, it provides the ideal opportunity to look back and reflect on the past 12 months.
2016 has been another fantastic year for admitad and we would like to share the highlights with our clients and partners, who have been instrumental in our success.
We welcomed new brands from a range of verticals around the globe including: QatarAirways, Lazada, Nike, MacKeeper, YesStyle, ASOS, Rosegal, Nastydress, Geekbuying, Rosewholesale, Newchic, Yoins, Dresslink, PatriziaPepe, Zapals, Pandahall, Emirates Newfrog, Twinkledeals, Trendsgal, Intimissimi, Sneakerhead, DHGate, Uber, Wix, CNDirect, Tmart, Shein, Wigsbuy, Beautifulhalo, Ticketbis, Stylewe, TVC-mall, Zonealarm and many others.
We have also enjoyed developing these partnerships with the following mobile offers: 360 Security, Apus, Youzu, IGG, Opera, Cheetah.
admitad looks forward to continuing work together with its partnerships in 2017.
2016 is remarkable by launching our project investment programme. We have already invested in 7 projects, total volume of our investments is currently estimated at more than 1 000 000 USD.
We are constantly looking to invest in:
- Projects on the stage of initiation, development, implementation and follow up phase ( a completion stage is needed a trigger to get further development)
- Internet-projects and mobile apps
- CPA – projects
- Non-analogue projects (with unique trade policy ideas)
Black Friday Insights
This year we revealed what was happening during Black Friday on the day as it unfolded, as well as prior to and follow up this sales period. We launched our customer traffic and conversion data, which updated hourly with insights from across the globe. We assumed the following results:
- From midnight till 5 AM – decrease of sales
- From 5 AM to 6 AM – sales at the lowest point
- From 7 AM – growth is activated
- About 22 PM – peak sales period, then sales decline
The 2nd day of Black Friday is determined by peak sales, it has been a calendar Friday of November 25.
November 24 is considered to be a best-selling day, comparing to November 26 and November 27 despite the similar growth rates.
November 23 (a day, prior to Black Friday) and November 28 ( the day right after Black Friday) by dynamics and sales are yielding to the other days, although the period was marked by fine sales indicators.
Black Friday online sales growth was a fantastic day, as we saw a 96 % increase in sales revenue, comparing to the results a week earlier.
The highest sales growth is estimated at 300% in the period from 2 AM to 3 AM on Thursday November 23 to Friday November 24, noted by сustomer activity at its highest point and identified best deal-seeking behavior.
To help to facilitate our partnerships we are pleased to introduce this year a new tool for publishers that will be particularly interesting for cashback services – “Lost orders”. Using this new tool you will be able to send to the advertisers the information about the orders that were not counted in the system to some reason, or were rejected by the advertiser by mistake.
We were delighted to win multiple awards throughout the year in several markets. To say more, admitad takes the 16th place according to the AppsFlyer Performance Index, indicating the best ad install networks for the Android worldwide app promotion. We would like to sincerely thank everyone who voted for us, we greatly appreciate all your support.
We are happy to announce that throughout a year we were taking part in various digital events, conferences and exhibitons, including:
- dmexco 2016 – a top event of the year in digital economy sector, held on the exhibition grounds in Cologne on September 14 and 15
- India Affiliate Summit on 1st & 2nd September 2016, a perfect set-up to discuss the innovations & dissect the implications of Affiliate Marketing
- Gamescom 2016 – Heroes in New Dimensions, held in Cologne from 18.-21.08.2016 on the biggest European trade fair Gamescom 2016
