Admitad launches a new login & registration form with just an email address to handle the rest
Publishers and advertisers could now sign up and log in via a new Admitad signup screen; user accounts will now only require an email address and a password.
Introducing a new login process strengthens Admitad’s user data protection and offers users a one-stop login screen to access various Admitad services. There are a few more products and features coming soon that will be managed from just a one-access account, starting with Admitad Partner, Admitad Earnings, and Admitad Support.
Having trouble accessing your account? To help you, here are some tips:
- You can check the email address specified in your account settings if you have already logged in. This should be an active email account that you can access. Please make sure to update your account details and specify a valid email account if your email account is out of date or inaccessible.
- If you do not have an email address associated with your account and cannot remember it, you can log in using your username. However, you can only do that once. Once you’ve logged in, go to ‘Settings’ and change the email address to one you use regularly. Next time you log in to your account, use the specified email address instead of the username.
- Be sure to check the inboxes of all your email accounts (including the spam folder). If you received a message on October 26 with the subject line ❗ Email login coming soon, it was sent to the email address specified in your account. You can use it to access your Admitad account.
- And lastly – if you couldn’t find this message and couldn’t access your account with your username, or if you couldn’t change the current email address to an active one, contact Admitad support at firstname.lastname@example.org.
