Admitad restructures its business in Russia

The global partnership marketing solutions provider Admitad will assign its Russian business to local management.

There will be no changes to the functionality of any of the local-developed products that have been released for the market.

An increase in autonomy and speed in decision-making will have a positive effect on the implementation of the strategy and its main priorities: protecting and building business resilience today and creating the conditions for business growth tomorrow.

As Admitad moves towards becoming a global IT player, it is shifting its focus from partnership marketing to MarTech, FinTech, Smart Shopping, advertising, and connecting solutions, as well as a startup investors’ network. As part of the new structure, the company will strengthen its operations in key markets around the globe, including Europe, the United States, Asia, and Latin America, whereas the management headquarter remains in Germany.
