Admitad provides next-level service for global clients
Early 2019 we launched the Big transformation. As a result of Stage One, we united account managers for advertisers and publishers under the centralized command of segment-managers — this was done for each of the key countries.
The transformation aims to raise the quality of service for our clients in order to meet the demands of the highly competitive affiliate marketing industry. Designated country teams will fill the needs of single-country focused companies: our employees speak local languages, possess both cultural and professional background required to develop advertisers’ business.
For global clients that cover multiple markets, the routine will change. In Admitad, we created a position of Global Development Manager. GDM will be responsible for supporting global customers in a few countries of presence simultaneously. This person is expected to become an essential one-stop-shop for Admitad advertisers.
GDM is responsible for boosting the affiliate programs of global advertisers and solving most issues on their own. The vast experience and close cooperation with country teams allow them to provide quick advice on expansion and business-scaling.
For global advertisers, GDM is a universal access point to the traffic of local publishers — and they can be sure that managers from local teams are busy promoting their business. They are skilled language speakers and are aware of the market, its current state and dynamics, advertiser’s competitors. They also have good relations with top publishers of the region and can show you the best ways to achieve the sales target.
All the legal issues for all the countries of cooperation are settled by signing just one contract with Admitad.
