June 5-10, at the World Trade Center in Moscow, a significant forum for the world of Russian business, the Russian Retail Week – 2017, took place. The Russian Retail Week – 2017 had a three-day business program with a wide list of activities in various formats: expert and analytical sessions, interactive discussions, plenary sessions, roundtables and workshops. This conference, which is taking place for the second time, became a platform where business and the state enter into a dialogue, formulate directions for the development of Russian retail and share their experience in resolving pressing problems in the field of marketing and retail. Prominent state figures, heads of the largest trade companies, innovators and business representatives, who helps Russian trade develop and improve technologically were represented among the partners and participants of the conference these days.

The main issues discussed by the participants of the section included the trends of CPA marketing in 2017-2018, new sources of traffic for ecommerce, opportunities for fraud in CPA and the fight against it, and ways to work effectively with the CPA channel in 2017.
The section moderator was Alexey Terekhov, PR director at admitad. Expert panel was represented by Sergey Belov, the head of adv-cake.ru agency, Ekaterina Kurochkina, the Internet marketing manager at “Mvideo” and Kira Bulakh, the head of Internet promotion department at PJSC “Sovcombank”.
Ekaterina Kurochkina (Mvideo) and Kirill Petrov (iProspect): “Kashback services, in our opinion, are a promising type of traffic in CPA marketing, which in terms of turnover has surpassed even Coupon web sites. Fraud in CPA networks is an urgent problem which we are actively eliminating through using of both internal and external analysis systems.”
The speakers also noted in their speech that Cashback services and loyalty programs bring 50% of all revenue through the CPA channel. At the same time, the growth of the offer is directly reinforced by the quality and regularity of the promotional actions.
During 3 days of the Russian Retail Week business program, admitad participated in the interactive Retail’s World exhibition, where the forum participants could get acquainted with the features of admitad network and get answers to any related questions.
